Tampa Heights Civic Association

Conrad attended the Tampa Heights Civic Association meeting, where he had the opportunity to introduce himself to the organization and more importantly hear the update on Robles Park Village Redevelopment.  Robles Park remains a historic Tampa location that is currently seeing a vast transformation that will become a mixed-income multi-family and multi-use complex, led by local contractors.  District 63 will benefit from this project with an increase of affordable housing along with the preservation of its significance with the Zion Museum & Education Center. This project demonstrates a balanced approach to development that takes the community into consideration, and the type of project I will support for our residents.
