Iron Workers Local 397

On Wednesday (June 17), Conrad had the privilege to visit Iron Workers Local 397 where he had an engaging conversation with the Union Business Manager discussing the dynamic training and arc to becoming a journeyman, and most importantly the impact a union can have on the workforce.  Local 397 has left its stamp (literally) on central Florida and continues to take care of its members proving how valuable unions are to the community and the Nation. #ironworkers #unions #workforcetampa
