Leadership & Ethics Conference

For the third year in a row, Conrad coordinated and moderated the local West Point Society’s Leadership & Ethics Conference.  The Conference is a one-day event where high school juniors receive a keynote address from a West Point graduate who focuses on the importance of character and ethical behavior.  Later, the students conduct training which involves a unique experience as they navigate through scenarios that address ethical decision-making while interacting with established leaders within Tampa Bay. This event reflects a great example of how investing in our youth is part of a sustainable future.
