On April 16, 2026, Conrad joined the Tampa chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) for their Political Advocacy Day.  The event offered an excellent opportunity for him to express his views on affordable housing as well as exchange meaningful dialogue with fellow candidates, municipal officials, and most importantly the community. Conrad will continue to work tirelessly, using input from organizations like NAREB, to ensure the city and state address housing – ensuring our citizens have affordable options in an era of growing economic uncertainty.
